Technical Design Assistance Services

If you are a nonprofit organization, a public agency, or other community group in need of architectural, planning, landscape or interior design services but do not have the budget to fund these services, we want to hear from you. Through our growing network of professional design volunteers and with only a small administrative fee, CDRC-Boston makes these services available to you pro bono as part of our mission to build better communities throughout Greater Boston.

What services do we offer?

CDRC-Boston volunteer designers provide preliminary pro bono design services to help with fundraising and community support initiatives for interior spaces, whole buildings, and exterior spaces, including:

  • Maximizing your organization's existing space
  • Generating ideas to develop a new or renovated space or building
  • Developing a preliminary design for fundraising or other support purposes

We also work with community groups and organizations on neighborhood or city planning by:

  • Facilitating public meetings to identify the needs and wants of the community for improving or developing an area
  • Providing illustrations of possible changes to an area that can be used to discuss planning options

If you are in need of technical support, please complete the Technical Assistance Application Form (PDF)  or give us a call at (617) 585-0198 or email us at info@cdrc-boston.org so we can learn more about your project needs.
